Description

In Pandemic: Fall of Rome, players take on the role of citizens, soldiers, and allies of Rome, working together to protect the Empire from invading barbarian tribes. With a weakened military, the borders are open to attack from the Anglo-Saxons, Goths, Vandals, and Huns. Players must recruit armies, fortify cities, and forge alliances to hold off the invaders. By collecting sets of matching-colored cards, players can form alliances with different tribes, gaining the ability to convert their members into Roman soldiers. As a cooperative game for 1 to 5 players, Pandemic: Fall of Rome offers a fun and challenging experience that can be completed in 45 to 60 minutes. With easy-to-learn rules and unique roles with special abilities, players must work together to stop the fall of Rome. The game also includes a solitaire mode and a challenging "Roma Caput Mundi" mode for added difficulty, making it a great option for fans of cooperative games and ancient history.
