Mutants and Death Ray Guns is a fast-paced board game that drops you into a post-apocalyptic world where survival is key. With 2 to 6 players, you'll take on the role of a band of after-the-bomb desperadoes, mutant humanoids, or other unique factions, all vying for supremacy in a harsh and unforgiving environment. The game is designed for quick play, with most battles wrapping up in just 30 minutes, making it easy to fit in a game or two in one evening. The rules are straightforward, building on the popular Song of Blades and Heroes mechanics, so you can dive right in and start playing. As you navigate the irradiated terrain, you'll need to manage resources carefully, scavenging for food, water, and equipment to keep your characters alive. With 40 pre-generated characters and six scenarios to get you started, you can begin playing right away. The game also includes rules for physical and mental mutations, power armor, and psionic powers, adding a rich layer of depth to the gameplay. As your characters gain experience and new abilities, you can take them on campaign, fighting for survival in a world where every decision counts.
