Description

In Shipping Empires, you'll embark on a thrilling adventure as the owner of a shipping company, navigating the high seas to collect and deliver valuable cargo. With simple rules that can be learned quickly, 2 to 6 players can join in on the fun, competing to amass the most wealth in just 60 minutes. The game takes place on a vast board, featuring eight ports from around the world, each offering short and long trips with varying payouts. As you plot your course, you'll need to balance luck and skill, carefully selecting which cargoes to accept and managing your ship's limited cargo space. As you sail from port to port, you'll need to pay for the running costs of your ships at the end of each turn, adding an extra layer of strategy to the game. The goal is to deliver your cargo to the correct location and collect payment from the banker, all while keeping a close eye on your finances. With large amounts of money on the line, a single trip can make or break your fortunes, keeping the game exciting until the very end. In the end, the player with the most money will be crowned the winner, but with the unpredictable nature of the game, it's anyone's guess until the final tally is made.
