In El Plan, tú decides, you'll embark on a journey to become the most innovative business leader, gathering the most innovative ideas over twelve rounds, equivalent to a year. With three resources - money, energy, and workforce - and three processes - logistics, production, and marketing, you'll navigate the game board to produce and transform goods into innovative ideas. Each player starts with a business card highlighting their strengths, allowing them to produce two of the three types of goods: raw materials, consumer goods, and services. As you play, you'll need to strategically use your resources and processes to produce goods, and then combine them to create innovative ideas. Since you can only produce two types of goods, you'll need to buy the third type to complete your innovative ideas, adding a layer of complexity and social interaction to the game. With its engaging gameplay and economic themes, El Plan, tú decides is a fun and challenging experience for 3 to 6 players, lasting around 60 to 120 minutes.
