Description
In the Ming Dynasty board game, players take on the roles of imperial princes, vying for influence and power in 14th century China. With the Mongols overthrown and a new emperor on the throne, the country is ripe for growth and development. As a prince, you'll place your supporters in the six Chinese provinces, each divided into three prefectures, to gain majorities and secure your family's influence. As you build your network and spread your influence, you'll be rewarded with gifts from the emperor during election rounds. But beware, only the player with the most balanced collection of influence chips will be able to succeed as the next emperor. With normal complexity rules and a playtime of 90 minutes, Ming Dynasty is a game of strategy and area majority, suitable for 2 to 4 players. Designed by Robert F. Watson and published in 2007, this medieval-themed game is a thrilling challenge for board game enthusiasts.
