Description

In 1572: The Lost Expedition, you're part of a desperate group of conquistadors trying to escape the New World after a disastrous expedition. With your commander and most of your company killed in an ambush, you're one of only six survivors, and you must navigate the treacherous terrain to reach the Atlantic Ocean and signal for help. The journey is fraught with danger, and you're short on food and muskets, making every decision crucial to your survival. The game is designed for solo play, and with its easy-to-learn rules, you can dive right in and start exploring. As you make your way through the game, you'll allocate dice to different phases, such as Map Making, Exploring, and Hunting, using a press-your-luck mechanic that adds an element of tension and excitement to every turn. With only 42 turns to reach the coastline, you'll need to balance risk and caution to succeed. And if you're feeling creative, you can even keep a journal of your journey, telling the story of your struggles and triumphs. With its unique blend of exploration, dice rolling, and strategy, 1572: The Lost Expedition is a thrilling adventure that will keep you on the edge of your seat for 45 to 90 minutes of playtime.
