Description

Down with the King is a classic fantasy game where players take on the roles of nobles plotting to overthrow the king. With 2 to 6 players, the game is all about cooperation and betrayal, as you work together to defeat the monarch, but only one of you can claim the crown. The game is driven by card drafting, dice rolling, and role-playing, making for a thrilling experience. As you navigate the game, you'll need to gain prestige and influence points to recruit characters to your side, all while using events like natural disasters and plagues to outmaneuver your opponents. With 19 possible actions to choose from, but only two to take each turn, strategy and tension are always high. And don't worry if you get knocked out - you'll be back, seeking revenge as the heir to your former self, keeping the game exciting until the very end.
