Description

Modern Society is a game that drops you into the midst of our contemporary world, where you'll navigate the complexities of modern life, from equality and organic food to war and social scandals. As one of 3 to 5 players, you'll try to convince the masses to buy into your agenda, shaping the societal values that will ultimately determine your influence. With easy-to-learn rules, you'll be drafting cards, role-playing, and simulating real-world scenarios in no time. As you play, you'll introduce "hot topics" into the game, shaping the townsfolk's opinions and values. You'll earn points by pushing through laws that align with your values, but be careful - each value has limited laws, and other players are vying for control. With special abilities on most cards, you'll need to strategize and adapt to come out on top. Will you prioritize the well-being of the people, or will your thirst for power corrupt the society you're trying to shape? In Modern Society, the choice is yours, and the outcome is never certain.
