Description
In Ark, you're one of 3 to 5 players helping load animals and supplies into Noah's ark before the big flood. It's not just a matter of shoving animals into stalls, though - you've got to think about who gets along and who doesn't. Meat eaters and plant eaters can't be housed together, and animals from different climates need separate quarters. And then there's the weight issue - too many heavy animals on one side of the ark and you'll be in trouble. As you take turns playing cards and drawing from the draft pile, you'll be collecting sets of animal tokens to score points in different categories. The game is easy to learn, but it requires some strategic thinking to come out on top. With its unique blend of card drafting, set collection, and tile placement, Ark is a fun and challenging game that's perfect for a 45-minute play session.
