Description
The Game of Real Life is a simple yet engaging board game designed for 3 to 6 players, where you'll learn valuable skills for living. Published in 2020 by designers Jesse Finkelstein and Meredith Noelle, this educational game is all about cultivating healthy habits and relationships. With easy-to-learn rules, you'll be playing in no time, using hand management and simultaneous action selection to navigate the game. As you play, you'll be presented with conflict cards and must use your dealt DBT skill cards to argue why your approach is the best solution. Winning rounds earns you points towards your life goal card, and the game can be won in two ways: by winning the most conflict rounds or by reaching your life goal points. The game is a fun and interactive way to develop essential life skills, and the skill cards can even be used outside of the game for guidance when feeling overwhelmed or faced with tough decisions.
