Description
In Pocket Aquarium, you're tasked with creating the most harmonious aquarium possible, and it's a challenge that's both relaxing and engaging. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, you can dive right into the game, which typically lasts between 5 to 10 minutes. As a solo player, you'll use chaining, network and route building mechanics to move fish and features around the aquarium, trying to get everything in its perfect place. Each fish has its own unique action, and you can choose to either flip a fish card to change its direction or use its action to move things around. As you play, you'll need to navigate the aquarium carefully, using special actions like the 'feed the fish' card to give you an extra boost. But watch out for the cat, which moves around the tank and acts as both a hindrance and a game timer. Your goal is to get fish of the same species swimming together happily, scoring points and creating a thriving aquarium. With its abstract strategy and puzzle elements, Pocket Aquarium is a fun and challenging game that's perfect for a quick play session. Designed by Mark Tuck and published in 2021, this print and play game is a great way to test your skills and create a beautiful, harmonious aquarium, all in a short amount of time.
