Description

In Helsinki: Deluxe, you and up to three friends get to design pavilions across Senate Square in the heart of the Finnish capital, all while trying to protect pedestrians from the rain. This 45-minute game is easy to learn, with simple rules that can be explained quickly, making it perfect for a fun and relaxed game night. As you take turns advancing your pawn and choosing to take cards or build pavilions, you'll need to think strategically about how to cover the most ground and earn those all-important points. The game is all about grid coverage and card drafting, as you try to complete rows and columns on your game board to score points. With 8 spaces on the main board and 8 connected cards, each with its own color and shape, you'll need to carefully plan your moves to maximize your chances of winning. And with 15 one-time special actions available, you can use your earned coats of arms to give yourself an extra edge.
