Description

In カゲロウ, or Mayfly, you and your friends take on the roles of nature deities tasked with guiding a male mayfly from larva to adulthood. It's a cooperative effort, as this little guy can't make it on his own, and you'll need to work together to keep him fed and safe from rivals. The game is split into two stages, larval and adult, each with its own set of challenges to overcome. With simple rules that can be explained quickly, you can dive right into the game, which plays out over 15 to 20 minutes. Designed by Kyu Takai and published in 2016, Mayfly offers a unique blend of cooperative gameplay and deck, bag, and pool building mechanics. With four possible endings, you'll need to strategize and work together to find the one that works best for you and your fellow deities.
