Description
In Island Hopper, you and your friends are entrepreneurs selling goods across a chain of tropical islands, but there's a catch - you all have to share a rickety seaplane to make your deliveries. Each day, players bid for the Captain's seat, which comes with a lot of responsibility but no deliveries of their own. The Captain gets to fly the plane, but the other players have to bribe them to reach the islands they need to visit. As the Captain flies blind, literally, players hold their breath as goods tokens are dropped into the island's harbor, hoping for a successful landing. If the goods make it, players earn cash and the Captain collects their bribe - but if they splash into the sea, it's a different story. With easy-to-learn rules and a playtime of just 30 to 45 minutes, Island Hopper is a fun and interactive game for 2 to 6 players, designed by Scott Almes and published in 2017.
