Description
In Ora et Labora, you're the head of a medieval monastery, working to build a thriving infrastructure and manufacture prestigious items like books and relics. Your goal is to gain the most victory points by constructing buildings, gathering resources, and cleverly using your workers. The game features a unique numbered rondel that shows the availability of resources, which are adjusted at the start of each round. As you play, you'll construct buildings on your personal game board, using resources you've gathered and navigating terrain restrictions. You'll also use your three workers to take actions in your own buildings or pay to use other players' buildings. With a playtime of 60 to 180 minutes, Ora et Labora is a complex and engaging game that challenges you to balance resource management, building construction, and worker placement to achieve victory.
