Description

Limes is a fun and strategic board game for 1 to 2 players that can be learned quickly and played in just 20 minutes. Designed by Martyn F and published in 2014, the game involves building patterns and placing tiles to create a thriving city. With no necessary in-game text, language is no barrier to enjoying this game. Players take turns placing cards and moving figures to build their city, trying to accumulate points by creating connected grain fields, building houses near lakes, and clearing lines of sight for watchtowers. The game ends when a player has placed 16 cards in a square grid, and points are awarded based on the player's progress.
