Description

Cleopatra and the Society of Architects is a fun and engaging game where 3 to 5 players compete to build the most magnificent parts of Cleopatra's palace. Designed by Bruno Cathala and Ludovic Maublanc, this game is easy to learn and takes about 60 minutes to play. Players strive to become the wealthiest of Cleopatra's architects by constructing valuable parts of her palace, but they will be tempted to deal with shady characters and trade in materials of dubious origins to get ahead. As players build their way to the top, they must weigh the risks and rewards of taking corruption amulets, which could lead to their downfall. The game ends when Cleopatra finally strolls into her new palace, and the most corrupt architect is seized and offered as a sacrifice. The wealthiest architect among those still alive is then declared the winner, making for a thrilling and unpredictable game experience.
