Description

In Daimyo: Rebirth of the Empire, you're a leader of a Clan vying to become the new Emperor of the Archipelago of the 6. To achieve this, you need to gain Popularity by influencing local populaces, unearthing glorious Relics, and seizing control of the archipelago. As a Daimyo, you'll send your Governors to spread your influence, while keeping them safe from deadly Shadows. Your Scavengers will also search for Relics from ancient civilizations, which will earn you Popularity points at the end of the game. With 1 to 4 players competing over 60 to 90 minutes, Daimyo offers a fun and strategic experience. The game's normal complexity makes it easy for board game enthusiasts to learn and dive in. Designed by Jérémy Ducret and published in 2021, Daimyo combines Area Majority, Dice Rolling, and Hand Management mechanics to create an engaging gameplay experience. By accumulating the most Popularity points through influence, Relics, Buildings, and Heroes, you'll be proclaimed Emperor at the end of the 5th round.
