Description

In Banned Books, you play as a literary character fighting to get your story back on the shelves. The game is easy to learn and can be played solo in just 15 to 30 minutes. With a mix of action points, dice rolling, and push your luck mechanics, you'll need to use your character's unique abilities to progress your agenda track and convince the Powers-That-Be to remove your book from the banned list. As you navigate the game, you'll utilize your character's skills to hamper the Powers' agenda tracks and manipulate your tableau to achieve your goal. With a range of characters from classic novels like The Catcher in the Rye and To Kill a Mockingbird, each game offers a new challenge and opportunity to explore different storylines. Will you be able to restore your book to the shelves, or will you be banished forever?
