Description

Get ready for a wild ride with Loco Lama, a fun and fast-paced game designed by Richard James. Released in 2021, this game is perfect for kids and adults alike, with simple rules that can be explained in no time. In Loco Lama, players take turns loading cargo on the back of a llama, trying not to exceed its bearable weight. If the llama gets too loaded, it will lie down and refuse to move, and you might just get a face full of spit. The goal is to keep track of the running total as you play cards from your hand, calling out the current sum with each turn. The game is all about hand management and a little bit of math, as you try to keep your total under 50. The round ends when someone exceeds this limit, and then it's time to calculate scores. Players add up the numbers on the cards they have left in their hand, except for the poor soul who went over 50 - they get zero points. After four rounds, the player with the highest score wins. With playtime lasting only 20 minutes, Loco Lama is a great choice for a quick game night with friends or family, and it's suitable for 2 to 6 players. So gather your friends, get ready to load up that llama, and see who will come out on top in this hilarious and entertaining game.
