Description

In Fidelitas, you'll take on the role of a faithful citizen in a medieval city, working to gain credibility and lead the charge against the corrupt crown. With easy-to-learn rules, you can dive right into the game, which plays out over about 30 minutes with 1 to 4 players. Your goal is to exert influence by playing character cards to various locations in the city, meeting the conditions of hidden objectives. As you play, you'll need to pay attention to the actions of other characters, like the Butcher, Student, and Soldier, each with unique abilities to manipulate cards and outmaneuver your opponents. With keen maneuvering and attentiveness to the opposition, you'll uncover hidden motives and work to foil their bids for power. The first player to gain a certain number of points wins the game, earning the right to lead the revolt and claim victory.
