Description

In the game Yedo, you'll take on the role of a Clan Elder in 17th century Japan, vying for power and prestige in the city of Edo. With 2 to 5 players, you'll navigate the intricate web of alliances and rivalries, using cunning and strategy to outmaneuver your opponents. The goal is to amass Prestige Points by completing missions, but it won't be easy - you'll need to gather assets, outfox your rivals, and make the right choices to catch the Shogun's eye. As you play, you'll have multiple paths to success, from completing missions to influencing the Shogun or buying luxury goods from European merchants. With a playtime of 120 to 180 minutes, Yedo is a game of depth and complexity, but don't worry - the rules are straightforward, making it accessible to anyone familiar with board games. Will you rise to glory or suffer disgrace - the choice is yours in this medieval-themed strategy game.
