Description

In Aurelian: Restorer of the World, you're tasked with rebuilding a broken Roman Empire as Lucius Domitius Aurelianus, a commander who's been demanded by his troops to take the throne. The empire is in shambles, plagued by civil war, economic ruin, and endless wars along the frontier. As the new emperor, you must navigate the complexities of restoring the empire to its former glory, all within a 60-minute time frame. With easy-to-learn rules, you'll use a combination of chit-pull systems, dice rolling, and point-to-point movement to manage your resources, quell revolts, and make strategic decisions to secure your empire's future. As a solo game, you'll face the challenges of restoration alone, making tough choices to allocate your limited time and resources. Will you succeed in earning the title of Restitutor Orbis, "Restorer of the World", or will the empire crumble beneath your rule?
