Description

Reigns: The Council is a hilarious and engaging party game where one player takes on the role of a monarch, while the others play as advisors trying to influence their decisions. With 3 to 6 players, the game is perfect for a fun night in with friends. The monarch's goal is to keep their realm in harmony, but their advisors have their own secret agendas, making for some interesting negotiations and role-playing. As the monarch makes decisions, the state of their realm changes, and if any of the four pillars of society become too powerful or too weak, their reign comes to a grisly end. The advisors who achieved their goals then get to celebrate, and a new monarch is crowned, starting a new round of scheming and maneuvering. Based on the popular app game Reigns, Reigns: The Council is easy to learn and plays out in just 20 to 40 minutes, making it a great addition to any game night.
