Description
In Atari's Missile Command, 3 to 6 players take on the role of leaders defending their nations from missile attacks. The game is easy to learn, but that doesn't mean it's simple - alliances are formed and broken, and deals are made and betrayed. Players must balance diplomacy with strategic planning, all while trying to destroy their enemies' cities and protect their own. Each round, players negotiate and trade with each other, then secretly plot their attacks behind their radar screens. When the attacks are revealed, destruction rains down and players must hope they've done enough to protect their cities. With a playtime of just 30 to 45 minutes, Atari's Missile Command is a fast-paced and exciting game that's perfect for groups of friends or family. Published in 2018 and designed by Jonathan Gilmour-Long and Violet Hargrave, this game is a fresh take on the classic arcade game.
