Description

In the year 2442, Earth is on the brink of destruction, and the only hope for humanity lies in New Eden, a deep sea city built on a White Smoker. Players take on the role of builders, tasked with expanding and enlarging the station by acquiring useful modules and managing resources. The game is a delicate balance between progress and destruction, as actions taken to improve the station can also cause damage. In this auction-based game, 1 to 4 players compete to build the safest and most livable station over the course of three rounds. With a playtime of 45 to 60 minutes, New Eden is an immersive science fiction experience that challenges players to navigate the risks and rewards of building a new home for humanity. Designed by Benjamin Schwer, the game requires strategic thinking and careful planning to emerge victorious.
