Description
In Shinkansen: Zero Kei, you take on the role of a builder of the historic Tōkaidō line of the Shinkansen, aiming to construct the fastest train of its time for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics. You'll build your own bullet train, with each carriage card providing an action or ability to help you construct tracks and stations, collaborate on Olympic venue preparations, and obtain new carriage cards. As you build your train over five rounds, corresponding to the five-year construction of the line, you'll earn victory points for building stations in the correct order. The player with the most victory points after five rounds wins. With normal complexity rules, this 60-minute game is easy to learn for board game enthusiasts, making it a fun experience for 1 to 4 players.
