Description
The Great Plains in the 19th century was a battleground of cultures, where the Native way of life was threatened by an influx of settlers and the construction of the Transcontinental Railroad. Plains Indian Wars brings this tumultuous period to life, allowing 1 to 4 players to take on the roles of Native American tribes or the US cavalry. With a playtime of 60 to 120 minutes, this game of normal complexity is easy to learn for those familiar with board games. Players will navigate the Great Plains, using area movement and control to outmaneuver their opponents. The US player must build the railroad and protect settlers, while the Native American player must unite the tribes to defend their land. With the fate of the Great Plains hanging in the balance, players will roll dice, play cards, and vie for area majority to emerge victorious.
