In Yokai Septet, you play as an Onmyoji, a practitioner of Japanese esoteric cosmology, competing to capture supernatural Yokai and save your village from destruction. With easy-to-learn rules, 3 to 4 players can join in on the fun, taking turns playing cards from their hand in a strategic trick-taking game. The goal is to capture high-scoring Boss Yokai, and in a 4-player game, teams of two players work together to outdo their opponents. As you play, you'll need to think strategically about which cards to play to outmaneuver your rivals and claim the most valuable Yokai.
