In Liberatores: The Conspiracy to Liberate Rome, you'll take on the role of a senator in ancient Rome, secretly plotting to kill Julius Caesar. With 3 to 6 players, you'll navigate a web of intrigue and deception, using deck, bag, and pool building mechanics to increase your influence. Each turn, you'll choose from a range of actions, including bribing citizens, hiring them for their special benefits, or sending them to Caesar to gain income. As you play, you'll need to negotiate and deduce the roles of your fellow players, trying to uncover who's working to save Caesar and who's seeking to take his place. With a playtime of just 40 to 60 minutes, Liberatores is a fast-paced and engaging game that's easy to learn, even for those familiar with board games. Will you emerge victorious as the leader of the Liberatores, or will Caesar's agent foil your plans?
