Description

Western Front is a two-player card game that drops you into the midst of World War I, where you'll take on the role of a commander for either the Kaiser's Germany or the Entente Powers. The game is played over 5 rounds, each representing a year from 1914 to 1918, and the first player to win 3 rounds takes the victory. With simple rules that are easy to learn, you'll be making tactical decisions in no time, committing units to the fight and trying to outmaneuver your opponent. The game's simultaneous action selection mechanic adds an extra layer of excitement, as you and your opponent reveal your units at the same time, trying to anticipate each other's moves. With the ability to play additional cards to influence the outcome, the game is full of interesting decisions and unpredictable twists, making for a quick and fun experience that can be completed in just 20 to 40 minutes.
