Description
In Clippers, you'll navigate the high seas as you build trade routes and establish settlements on islands in the Pacific. With 2 to 5 players competing, you'll need to strategically manage your settlements, claim option cards, and lay track segments to advance your shipping companies. The game is all about creating valuable trade routes by connecting different colored Clippers to your islands, with the goal of scoring points based on the number of companies that land at each island. As you play, you'll need to balance your plans with the actions of your opponents, taking advantage of opportunities they leave open and capitalizing on ports they make valuable. With no luck involved, it's a challenging but rewarding game that requires strategic thinking and planning. After about 60 minutes of play, the game ends and you'll score points for each settlement you've established on the islands, multiplied by the number of different companies that have landed there.
