Description
In Backyard Birds, you'll gather and assemble flocks of birds in your backyard, competing with 2 to 4 other players to claim the best territories. The game is easy to learn and plays quickly, lasting around 30 to 45 minutes. You'll draw birds from a deck and group them by species, creating flocks of black birds, red birds, yellow birds, and brown birds, each with their own special abilities. As you build your flocks, you'll discard birds to claim territories, from simple fence posts to the majestic Great Oak. With its simple rules and beautiful artwork, including stunning watercolor paintings, Backyard Birds is a fun and accessible game for anyone who loves birds or just wants a lighthearted gaming experience. Published in 2017 and designed by John Jackson, Backyard Birds is a great choice for a casual game night with friends or family.
