Description
In Black Rose Wars, 2 to 4 players take on the roles of powerful mages vying to become the new Supreme Magister of the Black Rose Order. Set in the Nova Aetas universe, this competitive fantasy game combines deck-building, strategy, and combat as players fight to acquire the mighty power of the Black Rose Artifact. Each mage has access to six schools of magic, each with its own strategy to outmaneuver opponents and increase power. As players study new spells, their grimoire grows, and they can summon creatures, cast destructive spells, or devise dark deceptions in a modular arena of hexagons. The game is divided into phases, with players planning their strategy in advance and revealing their played cards to outwit each other. With a playtime of 90 minutes, Black Rose Wars offers a thrilling experience for fans of fantasy and strategy games, as the mage with the most power at the end of the battle will be crowned Supreme Magister by the Black Rose itself.
