Description

Detective: City of Angels is a murder-mystery game set in 1940s Los Angeles where 1 to 5 players take on the roles of LAPD homicide detectives or The Chisel, a master manipulator trying to throw them off the case. As detectives, players must work together to solve the crime, but The Chisel will stop at nothing to mislead them, using bluffing, manipulation, and lies to stall their investigation. In this cooperative game, players can work together to uncover evidence and follow leads, but they must also be careful not to fall for The Chisel's tricks. With a unique ARC system and detailed casebooks, each crime is a puzzle that can unfold in different ways, creating a rich and story-driven experience. Players can even play in a fully cooperative "sleuth" mode, working together to solve the cases without The Chisel's interference, making Detective: City of Angels a thrilling and unpredictable game of mystery and deception.
