Description

Get ready to dive into the world of Cthulhu Wars like never before with the Dreamlands Map Expansion. This exciting addition to the base game introduces two new maps, the Surface World and the Underworld, which are connected by portals that allow you to travel back and forth between them. The goal is to control all of the Citadels on one of the maps, which can lead to an immediate victory, regardless of your position on the Doom track. This new way to win adds a fresh layer of strategy to the game, as players can now choose to focus on dominating the Dreamlands or sticking with the traditional route to victory. The Dreamlands expansion is designed for 2 to 4 players and takes about 90 minutes to play, making it a great addition to your game nights. With its normal complexity level, it's easy for fans of board games to learn and jump into. The expansion also comes with new miniatures, including 6 plastic Zoogs and a Bhole, which are controlled by game rules and add an extra level of challenge and excitement to the game. The Zoogs can interfere with your cultists and Gates, while the Bhole is a formidable predator that can destroy entire armies, making it even more difficult to achieve a Citadel victory.
