Description
In the board game Andromeda, 3 to 5 players embark on a thrilling adventure of space exploration and territory building. Designed by Alan R. Moon and published in 1999, this game is easy to learn and can be played in about 60 minutes. Players control bases and stations, represented by little wooden cubes, which they use to build Economic Centers on the moons of seven planets in an alien planetary system. As players navigate the game, they collect sets of cards corresponding to the various planets, using a unique trading system to facilitate their card collecting. With careful card trading and calculated risk, players establish economic centers and mitigate the luck factor. The game ends when all stations on three planets have been taken, and the player with the most victory points, earned from tech levels, occupied stations, and cubes on earth, is declared the winner.
