Description

In the vibrant world of FLOWERS, you'll be cultivating a colorful landscape, one card at a time. This abstract strategy game, designed by Paul-Henri Argiot and published in 2024, is all about creating harmonious connections between cards. With a simple set of rules that can be explained quickly, FLOWERS is accessible to players of all ages and experience levels. The game is designed for 1 to 4 players and can be played in as little as 7 minutes, making it perfect for a quick gaming session. As you play, you'll be drawing cards from stacks and placing them in your field, trying to create groups of colored cards that will score you points. The twist is that each number has its own rules - for example, all 4s must be part of a group of exactly four 4s, while 1s must be kept separate. The game ends when a player takes the last card from a stack, and then it's time to score. You'll earn points for each group of colored cards that contains at least five adjacent cards, as well as for any cards with butterflies that are adjacent to matching colored cards. With its unique blend of tile placement and connections, FLOWERS is a fun and challenging game that will keep you coming back for more.
