Quinto Império is a journey through the history and identity of Portugal, where players take on the roles of historic characters like Prince Henrique the Navigator and Vasco da Gama. The game is easy to learn and can be played by 2 to 4 players in 40 to 90 minutes. As a player, you'll recreate the great voyages and adventures of the past, discovering and reinventing the Fifth Empire. Your goal is to accumulate points by buying national monuments with trade goods or resources, or by claiming land with Padrões, stone pillars that mark the Portuguese coat of arms. You can earn these by answering trivia questions correctly, making the game an engaging way to learn about Portuguese history and culture.
