Description

Get ready to unleash the might of the Lannisters on the battlefield with the Knights of Casterly Rock expansion for the A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game. As a 2018 release from esteemed game designers Eric M. Lang and Michael Shinall, this expansion brings a new level of excitement to the game, which is designed for 2 players and can be played in just 45 to 60 minutes. The Lannisters are known for sparing no expense, and their mounted knights are the epitome of this philosophy - with the best equipment and training that money can buy, they're a force to be reckoned with. As a cavalry unit, the Knights of Casterly Rock have an extra movement at the start of their activation, making them highly versatile and able to quickly close the distance to their enemies. But what really sets them apart is their deadly prowess on the charge, with their weapons gaining Critical Blow and Sundering abilities that can devastate enemy ranks. And to make matters worse for their foes, the Knights can also cause Panic Tests, forcing enemy units to become disheartened and potentially routing them from the battlefield. With simple yet engaging game rules that can be explained quickly, you'll be able to dive right into the action and start commanding your knights with ease. The Knights of Casterly Rock expansion is designed to work with the A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game – Stark vs Lannister Starter Set, so if you're already familiar with the base game, you can easily integrate this new unit into your existing forces. And with the expansion's focus on dice rolling and miniatures, you'll get to experience the thrill of strategic combat in a whole new way. Whether you're a seasoned fan of the A Song of Ice & Fire series or just looking for a fun and challenging tabletop experience, the Knights of Casterly Rock are sure to bring a new level of excitement to your gaming sessions.
