Description
Algae, Inc. is a company that's all about harnessing the power of algae to create a range of innovative products, from cosmetics to bioplastics and biodiesel. As a manager of one of the company's sectors, you're tasked with building an efficient assembly line, managing your team of operators, engineers, and scientists, and helping the company expand its reach across Europe. It's a competitive endeavor, though - you're not just working towards the company's success, but also trying to outdo your peers and earn that extra bit of credit. As you play Algae, Inc., you'll need to balance resource management, tableau building, and multi-processing to come out on top. With a unique player board and a department to manage, you'll have to adapt your strategy and make tough decisions about how to optimize your processing line, hire staff, and unlock new technologies. The game is a medium-heavy strategy experience that reveals its depth the more you play, with every decision affecting the next. With 90 to 120 minutes of playtime, you'll have plenty of time to dive in and explore the world of Algae, Inc. - and with support for 1 to 4 players, you can enjoy it solo or with friends.
