In Arcana Rising, up to six players compete to collect arcane artifacts and cast powerful spells, all in the pursuit of knowledge and power. The game is easy to learn, making it accessible to new players, and can be played in as little as 20 minutes, although games can last up to 60 minutes. As players gather their mystical relics, they must consider the passing of the moons, which amplify the power of certain schools of magic, allowing them to cast spells at the peak of their power. Players take turns selecting cards from a pile, choosing whether to add them to their collection or discard them to cast spells and generate points. With six different schools of magic to master, including Charms, Herbology, and Alchemy, players must strategically time their moves to maximize their score. After three rounds, the player with the most victory points wins, making Arcana Rising a thrilling and strategic game for fans of fantasy and magic.
