Description

Get ready to set sail for adventure with Armada, a classic board game from 1986 that's all about exploration, fighting, and navigating the high seas. Designed by Philippe des Pallières, Pascal Trigaux, and Patrice Pillet, this game is easy to learn but offers plenty of depth for 2 to 4 players to enjoy. In Armada, you'll take on the role of a nation or pirate group, seeking to explore and conquer new lands, collect gold, and muster new armies. With 10 action points to spend each round, you can move your ships, load cargo, explore unknown areas, attack your opponents, and more. As you explore the island group, you'll encounter native populations and hidden treasures, which you can discover by rolling special dice. But be prepared to fight for what you want, as other players will be vying for control of the same territories. With the addition of action cards in the third edition, you can optimize your strategy and counter your opponents' moves, adding a new layer of complexity and excitement to the game. With its unique blend of exploration, combat, and strategic planning, Armada is a thrilling experience that will keep you on the edge of your seat for 120 minutes of playtime. Whether you're a fan of nautical adventures or just looking for a fun and challenging game, Armada is a great choice.
