Description
In Avant Carde, you're on a mission to build a stunning collection of cubist artwork, and it's easier to get started than you think. With simple rules to learn, you can dive right into the game with 1 to 5 players, enjoying a playtime of just 25 to 35 minutes. Each player begins with a deck of cards featuring 1s and 2s in six colors, along with four high-value cards in different colors, and the goal is to create the best exhibition possible by matching colors and numbers. As you play, you'll earn money to buy new cards from the gallery stacks, and you can use special powers from patrons to give you an edge. With multiple sets of patrons to choose from, you can mix and match to create a unique experience each time you play. The ultimate goal is to collect awards by earning enough money, and the player with the most awards wins when the deck runs out. Designed by Mary Flanagan and Max Seidman, Avant Carde is a fun and engaging card game that's perfect for a quick game night with friends.
