Friends and Communities with Beyond the Sun

Description

In the year 2246, the discovery of hyperspace travel sent shockwaves of excitement and opportunity throughout the solar system, and now it's time to take your faction to the next level with Beyond the Sun: Leaders of the New Dawn. This expansion to the base game introduces a new solo mode, asymmetric factions and leaders, and fresh strategies to master the planetary area control board. With the Omniweb Engine at your disposal, you'll be able to scour the solar system for the perfect candidates to lead your faction to victory, whether that's through domestic ingenuity or military prowess. As you navigate the complexities of intergalactic colonization, you'll need to balance your resources and make tough decisions to stay ahead of the competition. Luckily, the rules are straightforward enough for experienced board game players to pick up quickly, and games typically last between 45 to 90 minutes, making it easy to fit in a session with friends or try your hand at solo mode. With support for 1 to 4 players, Beyond the Sun: Leaders of the New Dawn is the perfect addition to your board game collection, offering a unique blend of strategy and exploration that's out of this world. Designed by Dennis K. Chan and Joseph Summa, and released in 2023, this expansion is sure to breathe new life into your Beyond the Sun experience.
