Description

Bezique is a trick-taking card game that's easy to learn and fun to play, perfect for two players looking for a quick gaming session that can be wrapped up in about 30 minutes. The game is all about scoring points by winning tricks that contain aces and 10s, as well as forming clever combinations of cards. You can rack up points by collecting four of a kind, like aces, kings, queens, and jacks, or by creating a "marriage" with a king and queen of the same suit. There are also sequences to aim for, like the A-10 of trump, and the elusive Bezique itself, which requires the queen of spades and jack of diamonds. As you play through the three distinct phases of the game, you'll feel like you're navigating a fun and challenging journey, similar to games like cribbage and canasta. With its unique deck and scoring system, Bezique is a game that will keep you on your toes and coming back for more. And if you're a fan of Pinochle, you'll notice that Bezique is actually the ancestor of that game, with many similarities between the two. So why not give Bezique a try and experience the thrill of this classic card game for yourself?
