Description

Get ready to set sail for adventure with the Buccaneer Bones: Expansion Set, designed by Kris Gould and published in 2014. This exciting expansion lets you gather a crew of up to 8 players, doubling the fun of the original game. With four new colors - white, orange, pink, and light-blue - added to the mix, you can now play with a larger group of friends and family, or even use the expansion as a stand-alone game for 4 players. The gameplay is just as straightforward as the original, with simple rules that can be learned quickly, making it accessible to players of all ages and skill levels. The objective is to navigate your ships to different islands, rolling dice to determine your progress. When you land on an island, you can grab treasure if you have a three-of-a-kind matching the island number. But watch out for your opponents, as they can send their first mate to scout, steal, or defend their treasures. The first mate can be a powerful tool, giving you an edge over your opponents or helping you catch up if you're falling behind. The game is fast-paced, with each playthrough lasting around 20 minutes, making it perfect for a quick gaming session. The goal is to be the first player to collect three treasures, but if multiple players achieve this, the winner is determined by who has their ships farther from their ports. With its blend of luck, strategy, and social interaction, Buccaneer Bones: Expansion Set is a great way to add some excitement to your gaming collection. So gather your crew, roll the dice, and get ready to battle for treasure and glory on the high seas.
