Description

Get ready to uncover the secrets hidden within the walls of King Ludwig's castle in Castles of Mad King Ludwig: Secrets, an exciting expansion to the original game. Designed by Ted Alspach and released in 2015, this game is perfect for 1 to 4 players looking for a fun and challenging experience that can be enjoyed in 45 to 90 minutes. With a normal level of complexity, fans of board games will have no trouble diving into the action, which combines auction mechanics, pattern building, set collection, and tile placement to create a unique and engaging experience. As you build your castle, you'll discover dozens of hidden swans scattered throughout 30 new rooms, each providing a chance to earn much-needed cash or big bonuses at the end of the game. New moats will help protect your castle, making every room even more valuable, while secret passages will enhance connections and reduce noise from activity rooms. The King has also introduced new favors, including one for creating beautiful courtyards, adding a fresh layer of strategy to the game. With Castles of Mad King Ludwig: Secrets, you'll be able to build even more amazing and crazy castles than ever before, so gather your friends and get ready to unleash your creativity and compete to build the most impressive castle in the land.
