Description

Commandoes in Flames is an exciting expansion that takes your World in Flames experience to the next level, bringing a whole new layer of strategy and complexity to the table. Published in 2008, this game was designed by the talented trio of Dave LeLacheur, Andrew Rader, and Ross Thompson, and it's clear they put a lot of thought into creating an engaging and immersive experience. The rules might take some time to learn, but trust us, it's worth the effort - with new units and rules to master, you'll be diving deeper into the world of World War II than ever before. As an expansion, Commandoes in Flames is designed to be used with the base game, and it's packed with cool features like flak units, road and rail line construction, and coastal fortifications. But the real stars of the show are the commandoes themselves - these special forces units bring a whole new level of excitement to the game, and you'll love figuring out how to use them to outmaneuver your opponents. With a hexagon grid and simulation mechanics, the game feels realistic and intense, drawing you into the world of wartime strategy and tactics. Whether you're a seasoned World in Flames player or just looking to shake things up, Commandoes in Flames is a great addition to your gaming collection. As part of the 2008 WiF Annual, it comes with a bunch of other cool stuff, including a full-color counter sheet, the Factories in Flames expansion, a 3d10 in Flames kit, and a full-color WiF Combat chart. So if you're ready to take your gaming experience to the next level, grab Commandoes in Flames and get ready to dive into the world of World War II like never before.
