Description

Get ready to dive into the world of politics and corruption with Corruptia: Segunda Vuelta, a game designed by Cami Muñoz Villar and Feño Casals Caro. This card game is all about negotiation and strategy, where two players take on the roles of a businessman and a presidential candidate, each trying to get the most out of the situation. The game is set during the second round of presidential elections, and the goal is simple: accumulate the most personal benefits. As the benefactor, you'll try to buy the candidate's favor by offering them agendas that benefit your business, while the candidate needs to balance their campaign's resources with their personal reputation among voters. The gameplay is easy to learn, but don't let that fool you - it's full of depth and complexity. With hand management, negotiation, and asymmetric information, each turn becomes a thrilling challenge. The game is divided into 8 turns of intense negotiation, where the business man and the candidate try to outmaneuver each other. The business man needs to offer the right agendas to get the candidate on their side, while the candidate must carefully choose which agendas to accept without damaging their reputation. The player who manages to accumulate the most benefits by the end of the game wins. With a playtime of just 25 to 35 minutes, Corruptia: Segunda Vuelta is the perfect game for a quick and entertaining session. The game's theme of corruption and politics might seem serious, but the designers have managed to inject a healthy dose of humor into the game. The result is a hilarious and entertaining experience that's sure to leave you laughing and eager for more. So, if you're looking for a game that's both fun and thought-provoking, look no further than Corruptia: Segunda Vuelta. With its unique blend of negotiation, strategy, and humor, this game is sure to become a favorite among fans of card games and politics alike. And who knows, you might even learn a thing or two about the shady world of politics - but any resemblance to reality is, of course, purely coincidental.
